Need for Speed XIII will be going to be the next installment in the need for speed series of games. It is still under developement and will be released somewhere in the year 2009, most probably the summers of 2009, yet the exact release date is not known.

Not enough details are known for Need for speed XIII. Its actual name is also not confirmed yet. As it is going to be the 13th game of the series, so is unofficially named Need for Speed XIII. The game was officilaly announced by Electronic Arts at the launch of Need for Speed Undercover. John Riccitiello, CEO of EA, just confirmed that next Need for Speed title is under development and didn't release other details for the fans.
